Refund Policy

Here at Weekend Sports - we strive to provide high-quality sportswear and an excellent shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be the original product sent.

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included.

Please ensure no tape or shipping labels are applied directly to the product’s original packaging (e.g. shoe boxes), as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-refundable unless faulty.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty item or wrong item sent)

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@weekendsports.co.uk and we'll look into it. 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

For size exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

5. Return Shipping

To start a return, please enter your email address and order number on our online returns portal.
Our portal allows you to pre-pay for your return shipping or the option to 'self-ship'.
If you choose to post the item back to us yourself, we'd always recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 48)  as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. You remain responsible for the item until it is safely returned to us. 

6.  International Orders

International returns are accepted within 45 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
