Refund Policy
Here at Weekend Sports - we strive to provide high-quality sportswear and an excellent shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Please note, certain items such as underwear and socks are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty item or wrong item sent)
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@weekendsports.co.uk and we'll look into it.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@weekendsports.co.uk to arrange an exchange subject to stock levels.
For size exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
5. Return Shipping
To initiate a return, contact us at info@weekendsports.co.uk for a return shipping label or instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty item, wrong item sent).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
6. International Orders
International returns are accepted within 45 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
