We offer an efficient and ZOOMY delivery service. We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of your order being placed. Postage is FREE within the UK (certain exclusions apply) and we have no order limit. We send all of our items to you with Royal Mail and we use Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 depending on parcel dimensions. We also offer express Special Delivery before 1pm as an upgrade although we do charge extra for this service. We use recycled or recyclable packaging too! If you need something a bit different such as a card or gift wrapping etc. - drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Refund Policy

Here at Weekend Sports - we strive to provide high-quality sportswear and an excellent shopping experience.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 
• Please note, certain items such as underwear and socks are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty item or wrong item sent)

3. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
• If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@weekendsports.co.uk and we'll look into it. 

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@weekendsports.co.uk to arrange an exchange subject to stock levels.
• For size exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

5. Return Shipping

• To initiate a return, please use our online returns portal
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty item, wrong item sent). There is further information on this on the returns portal where you can purchase a returns label.
• If you do not wish to purchase a shipping label through our portal, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service such as Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  We cannot guarantee a refund for returns that are lost or untraceable. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

6.  International Orders

• International returns are accepted within 45 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
