Shipping policy
Free standard UK delivery
Standard delivery within the UK is FREE, with no minimum order, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. For stocked items, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch stocked items within 1 working day, often on the same working day when ordered before our final collection at 4:00 PM. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed after the final collection are processed the next working day. For items ordered in specially, please follow the availability or dispatch information shown on the product page.
Faster delivery options
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.00, usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: £10.00, next working day before 1 PM after dispatch, subject to the service being available for your address.
Upgrades are available for eligible items and addresses and are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from the time you place your order.
What the free delivery offer covers
Free delivery applies to standard UK delivery. Express upgrades and delivery outside the UK are not included. International delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout. If your destination or preferred service is unavailable, please contact us before ordering.
Packaging and special requests
We use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible and may combine separate orders going to the same address. For a greeting card, gift wrapping or another special request, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
