Delivery and Shipping

We pride ourselves on offering a ZOOMY and reliable delivery experience. All orders are dispatched within 1 working day - and in most cases, the same working day if placed before our final collection at 4:00 PM. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any orders made after our final collection time will be processed the next working day. 

Standard UK Delivery is FREE (with a few exceptions), with no minimum order required. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. If you need your items sooner, we also offer upgraded shipping options including Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.00 and Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1 PM) for an additional charge of £10.00. 

We care about the planet too—so we use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible. We will also combine items if items are ordered separately to the same postage address.
